Sculpture by the sea

In general a sculpture is an artwork which is three-dimensional (3D).
Usually sculptures are created by using two kinds of sculpting materials. The first one is traditional materials such as stone, metal, wood plaster and ...etc and the second one is contemporary materials such us sand, water, ice ,snow, liquid crystals, dead animals and ...etc.

Sculpture by the sea is a favourite annul event for many sydneysiders, featuring works by Australian and overseas artists.By the way, this event is Austraila's largest outdoor free public exhibition of contemporary sculptures and for two weeks, the display is over one hundred outdoor sculptures spread along the coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama.

How To Sit At a Computer?

We never think of how to sit, we just find a chair and either plop down in it, or just sit. So here i'll show you some ways to sit that will allow you to have a healthier body when you sit at the computer.
You know that? "sitting is much harder on the back than when standing because when you stand the blood flow along the spine is unobstructed".
  • Push your hips as far back as they can go in the chair.

  • Adjust the keyboard height so that your shoulders are relaxed, your elbows are in a slightly open position, and your wrists and hands are straight.

  • Keep your work close!

Holidays assessment

Dear Rosa,
Hello, how are you doing? I hope you are fine and your holidays were interesting. Now I'll tell about my holidays. On the first day, I woke up early and I did some homework. After I finished I took a shower and then I went with my husband to Plaza centre to do our shopping. We bought a lot of things. While we were there we drunk a fresh juice. It was delicious. After that we came back home.
At that moment I felt I could eat a horse! So I started to cook two meals. Fish and chips for my husband and grilled fish with vegetables for me. I like healthy food! I also made Tabouleh (it's a kind of salad , it is very popular in our country). In the evening we talked about the next day so we decided to go to Imax theatre to attend the show under the sea. But unfortunately, we couldn't go there because the next day I didn't feel well I catch a cold and I had a headache . I'm pregnant, so I can't take medicine I stayed at home in bed we didn't go anywhere . I'm not gettingbetter .

Sincerely,

Rola

My first day in Australia was both a happy but strange experience.I arraived on a very nice day in May 2009.The weather was warm.I was really excited to see my husband. He left syria one year before me. He came to the airport with his freinds to meet me. I was delighted to meet my hasband after such a long time. It was a fantasitic moment. They took me to our flat in Kogarah, which was quite a short drive. By the time we reached there.I was very ttired after tow days' travel, but when we came into our flat about that, because my hausband and his friends had prepared a big surprise for me,we had areally
nice night on that day.
They talked about their life in australia and how things different here. Although I was delighted to be beside my husband, I realised my life would never be the same again. I was in a new country were every thing would be different. I took a deep breath and i hoped my new life in Australia would be happy and fulfilling for me.
