Physical punishment of children

Physical punishment of children refers to situation in which children suffer or are likely to suffer, signficant harm from an injury inflicted by the children's parents.
So,in my opinion physical punishment is not good method for children rasing and it will leave bad memories in their minds when they are growing up.
Firstly, according to pychologists, hitting children can be harmful for their development.
For example abused children are not confident it'll be active them to be weak and scared from every thing. Also children lose some IQ and maybe become bullies to themselves and to others.
Secondly, new research shows that physicaly abusing children when parents are angry can lead to internal injuries which may be inflicted intentionlly or may be inadvertently. Also it can cause brain damage if parents hit their children without consciousness and in a mad way. In the most of exterme cases physically abuesing children result in the death of children.
Thirdly, It has also been proven that using physical punishment doesn't work with children. If parents use this way many times it will be a normal punishment to them and it won't be a solution of the problem but it'll make the case more rebellious.Futhermore the relationship between parents and children can get worse.
Sum to up, physical punishment is a bad and a backward way for children,so all parents have to use a scientific, civilized and moral ways with their chlidren when they make mistakes.

Sculpture by the sea

In general a sculpture is an artwork which is three-dimensional (3D).
Usually sculptures are created by using two kinds of sculpting materials. The first one is traditional materials such as stone, metal, wood plaster and ...etc and the second one is contemporary materials such us sand, water, ice ,snow, liquid crystals, dead animals and ...etc.

Sculpture by the sea is a favourite annul event for many sydneysiders, featuring works by Australian and overseas artists.By the way, this event is Austraila's largest outdoor free public exhibition of contemporary sculptures and for two weeks, the display is over one hundred outdoor sculptures spread along the coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama.

How To Sit At a Computer?

We never think of how to sit, we just find a chair and either plop down in it, or just sit. So here i'll show you some ways to sit that will allow you to have a healthier body when you sit at the computer.
You know that? "sitting is much harder on the back than when standing because when you stand the blood flow along the spine is unobstructed".
  • Push your hips as far back as they can go in the chair.

  • Adjust the keyboard height so that your shoulders are relaxed, your elbows are in a slightly open position, and your wrists and hands are straight.

  • Keep your work close!
